RBC Heritage Betting Tips, Predictions & Odds

The 2026 RBC Heritage follows straight after the Masters, but the test awaiting players at Harbour Town Golf Links could hardly be more different from Augusta National Golf Club.
This is one of the shortest courses used on the PGA Tour. Its narrow fairways, overhanging trees and tiny greens place the emphasis firmly on precision rather than power.
Position from the tee is everything, with players often better off on the correct side of the rough than the wrong side of the fairway.
Creative iron play and a reliable short game have long been the key traits here, which explains why accurate types and elite scramblers tend to thrive. That tends to bring plenty of shorter hitters and control players into the equation.

Tip 1: Winner - Robert MacIntyre (Each-Way)
A missed cut at the Masters Tournament is easy enough to forgive given what Robert MacIntyre had done beforehand. In the two starts prior, he finished runner-up at the Valero Texas Open and fourth at the THE PLAYERS Championship, gaining more than seven strokes tee to green in both events.
His approach play in Texas was especially eye-catching, and while he could not carry that into Augusta, a move away from the unique demands of the Masters may help him rediscover it quickly.
Harbour Town rewards players who can shape shots, keep the ball in the right areas and rely on a tidy short game. MacIntyre has already shown he can do all three when on song, and on the evidence of those two starts he looks well set up to bounce back immediately.
Tip 2: JJ Spaun (Each-Way)
Few in this field look better suited to Harbour Town than JJ Spaun. He ranks 10th in this field for driving accuracy over the last 36 rounds, an important asset on a layout where finding the right side of the fairway matters far more than length.
He won the Valero Texas Open with a superb tee-to-green display and followed that with a respectable effort at the THE PLAYERS Championship before a disappointing week at Augusta.
Spaun has also shown before that he can handle this course, finishing sixth here in 2017 and ranking highly for accuracy that week too.
Tip 3: Winner - Sahith Theegala (Each-Way)
After a difficult spell, there are clear signs that Sahith Theegala is getting back to his best. He has reached the top 10 four times already this season and arrives having made the cut in nine of his 10 starts.
More importantly, two of his four visits to the RBC Heritage have produced top-five finishes, suggesting this is a course that suits his eye. His imagination around the greens has always been one of his biggest strengths, and that can be a huge asset here when players inevitably miss these tiny putting surfaces.
Tip 4: Winner - Ryo Hisatsune (Each-Way)
Quietly putting together one of the more solid seasons in the field is Ryo Hisatsune. He has already posted top-15 finishes at the THE PLAYERS Championship, Valero Texas Open and the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am this year, while his approach numbers have remained consistently strong.
He also finished 18th on debut at Harbour Town last year, an encouraging sign for his return. That was despite losing strokes off the tee, so there is every chance he can improve on that result if he drives the ball a little better this time.
