It is pretty brave to bet against Leeds at the moment, with Daniel Farke's side on a fine run of form.
They are currently unbeaten in seven, and the tally of two wins might not look like much but when you consider that takes in games against Chelsea, Liverpool twice, Crystal Palace, Manchester United and Sunderland, it looks like a really good, concerted run.
The two wins have come at home, which means there have been three consecutive away draws but I think the trip to St James Park will be one step too far for a side that is beginning to look a little leggy.
The draw with Manchester United on Sunday showed a squad that was feeling the effects of the festive period and with key players absent, so another tight turnaround might be too much for Farke's side, who I still expect to put up a good fight.
There is plenty of goalscoring potential since their move to 5-3-2 so I think they will still get on the scoresheet, but Newcastle have a pretty formidable home record and are unbeaten there since the end of September, so they will fancy their chances of picking up three points.
Brenden Aaronson 1.5+ shots
Dominic Calvert-Lewin has been the obvious beneficiary since Leeds changed systems, but Aaronson is not far behind and is gradually winning back the trust of the fans after a turbulent spell since arriving at the club.
He gives Farke flexibility when he plays, operating as either a 10 centrally or drifting into channels on the right, or even as a makeshift number 8 - and it also allows Farke to change in-game to a 4-3-3.
It all means Aaronson operates a lot closer to Calvert-Lewin than at the start of the season, and the stats bear that out.
Since the change of system, Aaronson has had eight shots in seven matches and looks much more of a threat now.
The goal he scored against Manchester United was a good example of what he offers - relentless running and a desire to make an impact. His end quality is not always there, but betting on him to get his shots away looks a good shout for a bet builder.
Gabriel Gudmundsson to be fouled 1.5+ times
Gudmundsson looks an excellent piece of business for Leeds, and he has slotted in at left-back as though he has been playing in the Premier League for years.
His main strength seems to be progressing the ball up the pitch with the ball at his feet, which means committing defenders and finding a way past them, which very regularly draws fouls from opposition.
He has been fouled 33 times this season in 20 matches and looks to have perfected the art of going down under minimal pressure in defensive positions - a key trait for a full-back.
