Today's Bet Builder Tips
England to win to nil
Under Thomas Tuchel, England have a habit of winning games without conceding - even if they have done that against weaker sides in qualifying.
A Marcelo Bielsa side is a very different proposition to Latvia, Albania and Andorra, but still you would expect the same basics - structured play that leaves them solid at the back and dominating the ball.
The three goals conceded against Senegal remain the only goals conceded under Tuchel, so it would be a surprise to see them suddenly start to leak goals, even if the personnel changes slightly.
Morgan Rogers to score
To be honest, it is almost impossible picking a scorer because I'm not quite sure what sort of side England will put out, but I'm going to go with players who still have a little bit to prove.
Rogers isn't necessarily one of them, because he is likely to be on the plane come what may, but I'm sure he will get gametime on Friday having impressed Tuchel so far in the games under him, and he will be desperate to earn a starting spot.
He's a bit of a dark horse in this England side, a less household name than people like Harry Kane, Cole Palmer and Jude Bellingham, but quietly, he is a very effective player and could have a big say - though he will need to prove he can score the vital goals some of his competitors have done in the past.
Phil Foden: 0.5+ Shots on Target
Foden is definitely one player who has a lot to prove, and at the moment it is pretty easy to see how he could miss out on the summer tournament.
Having seen how he was utilised in the last internationals though, I've got him down as a direct replacement for Kane and think that's how Tuchel will look to use him, in more of a false nine role.
I think Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Dominic Solanke will get a go in the next game, but don't be surprised if Foden gets a run out from the bench up front, and we all know he has a great shot on him so that's definitely one to keep an eye on.
This Week's Bet Builder Tips and Results
Here's a quick summary of our bet builder tips from the past seven days and the success rate, along with a brief explanation of what happened to the tip.
Wednesday
Barcelona vs Newcastle
- Barcelona to win -1 ✅
- Raphinha to score ✅
- Joelinton over 1.5 fouls ✅
Wednesday's Result: ✅ @ 8/1
Reasoning: Finally we have a winner! Barcelona basically wiped the floor with Newcastle, and with Robert Lewandowski, Raphinha and Lamine Yamal all scoring, it was a dream game for bet builders.
Thankfully Joelinton was also in the thick of things and perhaps lucky not to be sent off, but several fouls meant this tip was a winner, to end our barren streak.
Thursday
Aston Villa vs Lille
- FT Result: Aston Villa ✅
- Most Shots on Target: Aston Villa ❌
- Most Corners: Aston Villa ❌
- Most Cards: Lille ❌
Thursday's Result: ❌ @ 15/4
Reasoning: We only got one selection out of four in this one, with Aston Villa and Lille tied in the other three markets, which means we could very easily have had another winner.
On another night things would have turned out differently, and halfway through the tie it looked like we were heading for a winner, but Lille enjoyed a bit more of the game as it went on so got a few extra shots and corners away.
Friday
Bournemouth vs Manchester United
- FT Result: Man Utd/Draw ✅
- Bruno Fernandes: Over 0.5 Assists ❌
- Shots on Target Outside the Box: Matheus Cunha 0.5+ ❌
Friday's Result: ❌ @ 16/1
Reasoning: Maybe we were a bit too ambitious in backing the two Man Utd players to have a shot on target from outside the box, but it wasn't too far off - with Cunha's shot from outside the area blocked and his other on target.
Fernandes was influential as always, but this time got a goal instead of an assist, but the own goal from James Hill did come from a Fernandes corner.
Saturday
Leeds vs Brentford
- BTTS - No ✅
- Over 3.5 Cards ❌
- Anton Stach: 0.5+ Shots on Target ❌
Saturday Result: ❌ @ 6/1
Reasoning: As predicted, this wasn't a classic - it was worse than that. With two yellow cards early on for Leeds I was optimistic for over 3.5 to come in, but even that market didn't provide anything worth watching.
Stach had a couple of shots but saw them blocked owing to the number of Brentford players behind the ball, and that lack of ambition was on show all evening which made this a stalemate.
Sunday
Arsenal vs Man City
- Arsenal to win and BTTS ❌
- Eze: Over 1.5 Shots on Target ❌
Sunday Result: ❌ @ 9/1
Reasoning: For all Arsenal's strength and dominance this season, they failed to deliver when the pressure was on - a warning sign for the rest of the season?
Eberechi Eze didn't even get on the pitch and Arsenal never really threw a punch, with James Trafford making a string of saves in their one bright moment that stopped BTTS coming in.
Wednesday
Italy vs Northern Ireland
- Italy to win ✅
- Mateo Retegui to score ❌
- Federico Dimarco to assist ❌
Wednesday's Result: ❌ @ 9/2
Reasoning: Italy got the win we were anticipating, but it was a quiet and disappointing night up front for Retegui, who had just one shot on target before being substituted in the 63rd minute.
Dimarco was better, setting up four chances and recording an expected assist score of 0.23, but unfortunately didn't add to his recent tally.

What are bet builder tips and how do they work
Bet builder tips are expert predictions designed specifically for same-game multi bets, where you combine multiple selections from a single match into one accumulator.
Unlike traditional bet builder tips, which might cover match result, goalscorer, and cards across different games, bet builder tips today focus on creating cohesive betting narratives within individual fixtures.
How bet builders work
A bet builder allows you to combine related markets from the same match - such as match result, both teams to score, total corners, and player cards - into a single bet with combined odds. When you follow our bet builder tips, you're using expert analysis to select correlated outcomes that tell a compelling story about how a match will unfold.
For example, a typical football bet builder tip might combine:
- Arsenal to win
- Bukayo Saka to have 2+ shots on target
- Over 9.5 corners
- Gabriel to be carded
Each selection influences the match narrative. If Arsenal dominates possession (making "Arsenal to win" more likely), Saka will naturally have more shooting opportunities, the game will see increased attacking play (more corners), and Arsenal's defensive pressure might force fouls from opponents (cards).
Why bet builder tips are popular
Traditional accumulators require multiple matches to complete, meaning you might wait days for all selections to settle. Bet builder tips offer instant gratification - your entire bet resolves within 90 minutes. This same-game focus also allows tipsters to apply deep match-specific knowledge rather than spreading analysis thin across multiple fixtures.
Our bet builder tips today combine statistical analysis from sources like FBref, WhoScored, and Opta with tactical insights about team formations, recent form, and head-to-head trends. We focus on value selections where betting site odds don't fully reflect the probability of correlated outcomes occurring together.
The advantage of following expert bet builder tips
Betting sites adjust odds for related contingencies - if you add "Team X to win" and "Player Y to score" (where Player Y plays for Team X), the combined odds will be lower than multiplying the individual odds because these outcomes are statistically linked.
Expert bet builder tips identify selections where bookmakers haven't fully accounted for these correlations, creating value opportunities.
Understanding how bet builders work also means recognizing void rules. If a player in your bet builder doesn't start the match, that selection typically voids and odds recalculate based on remaining legs. Our bet builder tips always note starting XI confirmation timing to minimize void risk.
How to build a winning bet builder step-by-step
Creating successful bet builder tips requires systematic analysis and strategic selection. Follow this step-by-step guide to construct winning same-game multis:
Step 1: Choose your match and bookmaker
Not all bookmakers offer the same bet builder markets. Start by selecting a match you've researched thoroughly, then choose your bookmaker based on available markets:
- bet365 Bet Builder: Industry-leading with 12+ leg capability and the widest market selection including player props, team stats, and timing markets
- Paddy Power Bet Builder: Excellent for fouls and cards markets, offers unique "Super Sub" feature
- William Hill #YourOdds: Regular price boosts on featured bet builders
For our daily bet builder tips, we primarily use bet365 due to their comprehensive market coverage and reliable odds.
Step 2: Start with the match result foundation
Begin your bet builder with the match result or a related outcome market. This anchors your bet's narrative:
- Home win: Best when home team has significant quality advantage, strong home record, or faces weakened opposition
- Draw: Ideal for evenly-matched teams, defensive setups, or high-stakes matches where both teams fear losing
- Away win: Target away teams with strong road form, superior quality, or tactical advantages
For bet builder tips today, we analyze expected goals (xG), recent form across last 6 games, and head-to-head records to determine the most likely result.
Step 3: Add correlated goals markets
Goals markets should align with your match result prediction:
If backing a home win, add selections like:
- Over 2.5 goals (if home team scores freely)
- Both teams to score (if away team has attacking quality)
- Home team over 1.5 goals (conservative correlation)
If backing a draw, consider:
- Under 2.5 goals (tight, defensive draw)
- Both teams to score (1-1, 2-2 scenario)
- Exactly 2 goals in match (specific low-scoring draw)
Our bet builder tips use historical scoring patterns and recent attacking/defensive metrics to identify the most probable goals outcomes.
Step 4: Incorporate player-specific markets
Player props add significant value to football bet builder tips when you understand individual roles:
Shots and shots on target: Target creative attackers in favorable matchups. Check average shots per game and opponent's defensive vulnerabilities.
Anytime goalscorer: Combine with team result for correlated value. A striker to score anytime pairs naturally with their team to win.
Cards markets: Identify aggressive defenders, players on yellow card accumulation, or those facing tricky wingers who draw fouls.
Example from our bet builder tips: In a Manchester City vs Brighton match where City dominates possession, Erling Haaland 2+ shots on target correlates strongly with City to win, as does Brighton to receive cards from persistent fouling to stop attacks.
Step 5: Add corners and team statistics
Complete your bet builder with statistical markets that reinforce your narrative:
- Corners: Attacking teams generate corners. If backing a dominant home win, add over 9.5 or 10.5 total corners
- Offsides: Teams playing high lines or with fast strikers commit more offsides
- Free kicks: Physical matches between aggressive teams accumulate free kicks
These markets offer value because casual bettors overlook them, but they're highly predictable based on playing styles.
Step 6: Review odds and optimize leg count
The sweet spot for bet builder tips is typically 3-5 legs. Fewer legs offer limited odds; more legs exponentially increase risk without proportional reward.
Check your combined odds against individual market probabilities. If your 4-leg bet builder offers odds of 8.00 (7/1) but your estimated probability suggests it should be closer to 12.00, you've found strong value.
Step 7: Apply stake management
Even the best bet builder tips today carry higher variance than single bets.
We recommend:
- Never exceed 2-5% of bankroll on any single bet builder
- Use smaller stakes than you would for traditional accumulators
- Track results to identify which market combinations work best for your style
Best bet builder markets to include in your tips
Not all markets are created equal for bet builder tips. Some offer consistent value, while others are efficiently priced by bookmakers or carry excessive variance.
Here's our comprehensive guide to the best markets for bet builder tips today:
Core foundation markets
These markets should anchor most bet builder tips due to their predictability and strong correlations:
Match Result (Home Win / Draw / Away Win)
The foundation of any bet builder. Use this as your starting point because it determines the match narrative. Back home wins when:
- Home team averages 1.5+ goals per game at home
- Away team conceding 1.2+ goals per away game
- Home team won 3+ of last 5 home fixtures
Both Teams to Score (Yes/No)
One of the most reliable correlated markets. BTTS "Yes" pairs perfectly with draws and tight victories. Check:
- Both teams scoring in 60%+ of recent matches
- Defensive vulnerabilities on both sides (xG conceded data)
- Attacking form (goals scored last 6 games)
BTTS "No" works well with one-sided dominant victories where you expect clean sheets.
Total Goals (Over/Under 2.5, 3.5)
Goals markets have the strongest statistical predictability. Our football bet builder tips analyze:
- Combined average goals per game for both teams
- Historical head-to-head totals
- Weather conditions and pitch quality affecting play tempo
High-value player markets
Player props are where bet builder tips find the most bookmaker inefficiency:
Shots on Target (Player over 1.5, 2.5)
The fastest-growing category in bet builder tips today. Elite attackers average 3-4 shots on target per game, making "over 1.5" highly bankable. Target:
- Strikers against bottom-half defenses
- Players with 4+ shots per game averages
- Matches where their team dominates possession
Example: Mohamed Salah averages 3.8 shots on target vs teams ranked 12th or lower in the Premier League—a consistent bet builder inclusion.
Anytime Goalscorer
Combine with team result for natural correlation. If backing Liverpool to win, adding Salah anytime scorer offers better value than including him in a separate bet. Check:
- xG per 90 minutes (strikers with 0.6+ are excellent targets)
- Penalty takers (automatic value boost)
- Recent scoring form (goals in 3+ of last 5 games)
Player to be Carded
Underestimated but highly predictable. Our bet builder tips target:
- Defenders on 4+ yellow cards already this season
- Players facing tricky wingers who draw fouls
- Aggressive midfielders in high-intensity matches
Statistical markets for padding odds
These markets add value without excessive risk when correlated properly:
Corners (Over/Under 9.5, 10.5, 11.5)
Corners correlate strongly with possession and attacking intent. Include in bet builder tips when:
- Combined average corners per game exceeds 10
- One team dominates possession (65%+ expected)
- Attacking team faces deep defensive block
Premier League matches average 10.8 corners, making over 9.5 a solid inclusion with dominant home favorites.
Cards (Total match cards over/under)
Predictable based on referee tendencies and team discipline records. Check:
- Referee's average cards per game (data available on Transfermarkt)
- Both teams' card accumulation rates
- Match importance (derbies, relegation battles increase cards)
Over 3.5 cards works well in our bet builder tips for physical matchups between mid-table teams.
Team Offsides (Over/Under)
Overlooked but highly predictable. Fast strikers and high defensive lines create offsides. Target:
- Teams with forwards averaging 2+ offsides per game
- Opposition playing high lines (Liverpool, Arsenal)
- Counter-attacking setups where speed triggers offside flags
Timing and specific markets
Advanced markets for experienced bet builder constructors:
Half-Time/Full-Time
Combines two match result predictions for significantly boosted odds. Works best when you predict:
- Strong starts from home teams (HT: Home / FT: Home)
- Comebacks from quality away teams (HT: Draw / FT: Away)
Requires strong tactical analysis but offers exceptional value in our bet builder tips today.
Goal in Both Halves
Correlates with over 2.5 goals and both teams to score. Best when:
- Teams consistently score throughout 90 minutes
- Attacking teams unlikely to sit back after early goals
- Evenly matched fixtures where both teams probe throughout
First/Last Goal Markets
Highly volatile but occasionally valuable. First goalscorer correlates with early dominance patterns. Last goalscorer works for teams that finish strong.

Football Bet Builder FAQs
What is a bet builder?
A bet builder is a betting feature that combines multiple selections from the same match into one bet with combined odds. You can mix match result, goals, corners, cards, and player props from a single fixture. Our bet builder tips today use this to create cohesive same-game predictions that settle within 90 minutes.
How are bet builder odds calculated?
Bet builder odds use correlation adjustments rather than simple multiplication. If "Arsenal to win" is 1.50 and "Saka to score" is 3.00, combining them gives around 3.80 instead of 4.50 (1.50 × 3.00) because these outcomes are linked. Bookmakers reduce odds for correlated events. Our bet builder tips find value where bookmakers haven't fully adjusted for correlations.
What's the difference between a bet builder and an accumulator?
Bet builders combine selections from one match and settle in 90 minutes. Accumulators combine selections from multiple matches and may take days to settle. Bet builders have correlated odds; accumulators have independent odds that multiply cleanly. Our bet builder tips focus on single-match analysis for quicker results and better value.
