Darts Tips: Premier League Leeds Week 14 Predictions & Odds

Luke Littler returned to the summit of the Premier League Darts standings with his fifth nightly victory of the campaign in Aberdeen last week, defeating Josh Rock, Gerwyn Price and Luke Humphries en route to maximum points.
Already assured of his place in the play-offs, the world champion now appears focused on securing top spot outright, with little indication he’ll ease up over the closing weeks of the league phase.
There is considerably more pressure on Michael van Gerwen, though, as he clings to the fourth play-off spot heading into Night 14.
The Dutchman was dumped out by Humphries at the quarter-final stage in Aberdeen, before enduring another frustrating week in Germany, where he exited both Players Championship events at the last-32 stage.
Littler and MVG are probably the two most famous names on the darts circuit, so expect lots of eyes on their quarter-final meeting in Leeds with plenty of points still to play for.
Darts Tips: Premier League Leeds
Elsewhere, we have an all-Welsh clash between Jonny Clayton and Gerwyn Price, Josh Rock attempts to stay alive against Luke Humphries and Stephen Bunting takes on Gian van Veen.
Let’s take a look at three of the best darts tips for tonight's games.
Gerwyn Price -1.5 handicap vs Jonny Clayton at 10/11 with bet365
Jonny Clayton is already has already confirmed his spot at the London play-offs, so it wouldn’t be a surprise if he took his foot off the gas against his mate Gerwyn Price.
That’s not to say that Clayton will go easy on the “Iceman”, but in a battle of intensity there will only be one winner: the man that needs the points most in Leeds.
Price is a big occasion player and you could argue this quarter-final is a must-win if he is to travel to Birmingham next week with any comfort.
A small handicap on Price gives us a good price against the “Ferret”.
Luke Littler vs Michael van Gerwen - Over 6.5 180s at Evens with Paddy Power
These two tend to slug it out in mini-classics, so expect a good number of legs to be contested once again as Littler and MVG clash in Leeds.
All four meetings between these two have seen either 10 or 11 legs thrown, opening up the opportunity for a plethora of 180s between these big hitters.
MVG isn’t a massive maximum machine these days so Littler might have to do the heavy lifting, but we like at least seven in this meeting.
Stephen Bunting to beat Gian van Veen at 13/10 with bet365
“The Bullet” needs to get to the semi-finals at a minimum in Leeds or he can expect his Premier League season to conclude prematurely.
Gian van Veen isn’t the worst player to come up against in the quarter-finals with just three quarter-final wins in his last nine weeks, and Bunting’s price at 13/10 is well worth a look in this dash to six legs.
Bunting has won three of the last four meetings between these two.
