Charlie McCann's Horse Racing Tips Sunday, 20 September - Plumpton & Hamilton
Charlie heads to Hamilton on Sunday for his best bet

It's a busy day of racing action in the UK and Ireland, and Charlie McCann is here with his exclusive free horse racing tips - only at FreeBets.
4:08pm Plumpton - Mojito Des Mottes
The first day of the Listowel Festival and JP McManus has four runners on the card, including Mark Walsh on Jalila Moriviere in the feature chase. Harry Cobden stays at Plumpton to ride a couple in the Green' N Gold, including MOJITO DES MOTTES, who is 8lbs higher in the weights than when scoring at Newton Abbot last month.
Ben Pauling's four-year-old looked one to keep onside last time, and this is a valuable prize at Plumpton. The Pauling yard had a bit of a dip in form earlier in the season, but they have been running well in the last month or so, although they are not one you would associate with summer jumpers particularly.
Nap Hand won at Perth under Fern O'Brien last time from a 7lb lower mark, and she keeps the ride for Chris Gordon, who has inherited the six-year-old from Alan King. An eighty-rated flat performer, he remains fairly treated off 118, especially with his conditional jockey's 5lbs claim.
Recommendation: Mojito Des Mottes
4:00pm Hamilton - Time Loop (Nap)
Krissy should ensure a decent test in a terrific 1m handicap at Hamilton, and the three-year-old Matter Of Britain would be worth a second glance if the betting suggested a bold bid was expected on handicap debut.
Military Leader is taken to reverse recent Haydock form with Monoceros on 3lbs better terms, but he has another modest draw to overcome. He has gone up the handicap to the tune of 25lbs this summer with form figures of 1-1-3-2-2-2-1-2 since returning from a four-month break in May and is a credit to Phil Makin.
The William Haggas-trained runners are always worth a second glance at Hamilton and, while I appreciate they are often over-bet, I hope to see a big run from the lightly raced mare TIME LOOP (Nap) who ran a race full of promise at Salisbury last time in her first-time hood.
The five-year-old has only raced seven times and just three of those runs were on turf. She gets further than this extended mile – her sole win came over ten furlongs – but this stiff track will suit, and I am hoping that Krissy goes off hard in front, returning to a mile having run an excellent race at Ayr earlier in the week over an additional quarter of a mile.
Recommendation: Time Loop (Nap)
This is Charlie's Nap of the Day selection - see how it stacks up against Alan Kelly's pick too.

Horse racing has long been Charlie's passion - ironic, really, as he'll never pass the vet again, as sports injuries have come back to bite - with a specialism in handicap chases over jumps and 1m+ handicaps on the level.
