Burnley vs Arsenal Predictions, Tips & Latest Odds

Burnley will have the tall order of trying to derail Arsenal on Saturday afternoon.
The Premier League leaders roll into town with a four-point cushion at the summit, and while November has proved to be a curse in the past, they will be looking to chalk up three more points.
Burnley have defied expectations, and they are aiming to string together three top-flight wins in a row for the first time since April 2022.
But how will things unfold at Turf Moor? We’ve shared three tips ahead of the game.
Burnley vs Arsenal Tips
We've done the hard work, picking out the best odds available from our best betting sites to go with our football tips.
Tip 1: Arsenal to win by 3 goals - 17/4
Arsenal have been pretty rampant this term, netting 16 Premier League goals with only Tottenham, Manchester City, and Chelsea scoring more (all 17).
More pertinently, the Gunners have been watertight in defence, conceding just three times, and they will be looking to emulate Chelsea’s record (15) that dates back to the 2004/05 campaign.
When you factor in Mikel Arteta’s charges have scored an unrivalled 11 set-piece goals this term, they aren’t just a threat from open play.
Burnley won’t wish to roll out the red carpet, but one omen that is disconcerting is the Clarets haven’t beaten a side starting the day at the top of the Premier League table in 12 attempts (D5 L7).
Arsenal have also won 23 of their past 24 Premier League clashes against promoted sides, and last season, they thrashed Burnley 5-0 in the corresponding fixture in February 2024. I’m going for a handsome Arsenal victory, and the winning margin to be by three goals.
Tip 2: Burnley goalkeeper to make 5+ Saves - 5/2
Under Scott Parker, Burnley have held their own at times, but as mentioned, it will be a tough task trying to topple the Gunners.
In their past 18 meetings with Arsenal, Burnley haven’t scored more than once (nine in total), and the last two clashes have seen them lose by an aggregate score of 8-1.
Set-piece goals have come back into vogue, but based on recent fixtures, Arsenal have averaged seven shots on target in their past three clashes with Burnley.
I expect Martin Dubravka to be under siege, and he could be forced into making five or more saves which isn’t too outrageous.
Tip 3: Bukayo Saka to net a double - 8/1
Bukayo Saka may not be the main man on the goals front, but he could be a thorn in the Burnley side.
Just two goals in seven Premier League appearances is a paltry return, but then again, he’s almost level pegging with summer signing Viktor Gyokeres which says something.
Having netted in his cameo appearance against Brighton in the EFL Cup Round 16 in midweek, I fancy Saka to be among the goals this weekend.
He grabbed a double when Arsenal last paid a visit to Burnley in the league, and I’m backing him to replicate that feat this time.
