Charlie McCann's Horse Racing Tips Monday, 14 September - Sedgefield & Windsor
Charlie heads to Sedgefield on Monday for his best bet

It's a busy day of racing action in the UK and Ireland, and Charlie McCann is here with his exclusive free horse racing tips - only at FreeBets.
3:30pm Sedgefield - Mr McWhinny (Nap)
Achille Des Rocs just lasted home over a slightly shorter trip at Cartmel last time. A 3lbs rise is fair, but the hope is that he sets the race up for MR MCWHINNY (Nap), who goes unpenalised for last week's Newton Abbot success in a conditional jockeys' contest.
The selection had done us a favour when scoring at Market Rasen back in July, having failed to stay 3m at Uttoxeter previously.
Good ground clearly suits, and he wouldn't want conditions to deteriorate, although the forecast is set fair.
Recommendation: Mr McWhinny (Nap) - 10/11 with bet365
This is Charlie's Nap of the Day selection - see how it stacks up against Alan Kelly's pick too.
4:00pm Sedgefield - Aimeric
William Yeats was backed as if defeat was out of the question when scrambling home over course and distance last month. He was all out to beat AIMERIC a length-and-a-half, and he is weighted to confirm the form on just 2lbs worse terms.
That doesn't tell the whole story, however, as I felt Aimeric was coming with a winning run but was taken right across the track by the winner and should have got the race in the stewards' room. In Britain, however, it is the margin of victory which is king, not the amount of interference, and the result was never going to be altered given the margin of victory.
The selection appreciated the step up to 2m4f on handicap debut, and the hope is that Sean Quinlan makes his challenge stands' side of the likely favourite, given his propensity to lean left when coming under pressure.
Recommendation: Aimeric - 5/2 with bet365
4:12pm Windsor - King of Berkshire
KING OF BERKSHIRE has failed to get home over 1m6f in two starts this term and appreciated the return to a mile-and-a-half when runner-up in the Shergar Cup last time.
Andrew Balding needs every penny in prize money as he chases what would be a tumultuous feat in gaining a first trainers' championship, and this three-year-old ran well over course and distance back in the spring - despite being a beaten-odds on favourite- to think that he can gain a third win of the campaign.
Callum Hutchinson rode a treble for the yard at Chester on Saturday and is riding out of his skin at present. The selection has been nudged up a pound since Ascot, but that form has been franked in the interim period, and this looks a weaker race.
Recommendation: King of Berkshire - 3/1 with bet365

Horse racing has long been Charlie's passion - ironic, really, as he'll never pass the vet again, as sports injuries have come back to bite - with a specialism in handicap chases over jumps and 1m+ handicaps on the level.
