Charlie McCann's Horse Racing Tips Thursday, 22 October - Newmarket
Charlie heads to Fontwell on Wednesday for his best bet

It's a busy day of racing action in the UK and Ireland, and Charlie McCann is here with his exclusive free horse racing tips - only at FreeBets.

2:55pm Newmarket - Tiger
The booking of Ryan Moore for Beach Point catches the eye and he goes on all ground.
I don’t think Great Blasket quite gets home over a stiff 10f and tjis might be left to the two Tigers with preference for the Ian Williams trained TIGER.
The selection is not the most consistent and ran a shocker at Epsom over 12f last time, but the form of his Chester win over today’s trip is working out well, he enjoys a bit of dig in the ground and he will be ridden by talented 5lbs claimer Jack Dace.
If you consider his jockey’s claim the selection is only 2lbs higher than that Chester win when he travelled like a very well handicapped horse. Yes, you must forgive his last two runs but he was never put into the race by Harry Cobden in the jump jockey’s Derby over a trip that stretches his stamina.
Tipsy Tiger will relish any showers that hit the track and comes here on the back of a win at Ayr last time. He was second past the post, but got the race in the stewards’ room and a 4lbs rise is fair.
Recommendation: Tiger (Nap) at 10/1
This is Charlie's Nap of the Day selection - see how it stacks up against Alan Kelly's pick too.

Horse racing has long been Charlie's passion - ironic, really, as he'll never pass the vet again, as sports injuries have come back to bite - with a specialism in handicap chases over jumps and 1m+ handicaps on the level.
