Cheltenham Tips: Saturday 13th December Horse Racing Best Bets & Predictions

The second of two days racing at Cheltenham, and with a good card in prospect, I've got my Cheltenham tips below.
Headlining the action is the December Gold Cup, while there's plenty of other interesting races across the card.
Below, I've got three tips exclusive on Free Bets including an each way selection in the big race.
Cheltenham Tips for Saturday
Alongside my three selections, all with prices, you'll see a selection of odds from some of the best betting sites and the racecard for each race, so you can study the form and see the runners and riders all in one place!
Tip 1: 12:40pm Cheltenham - Doughmore Bay (EW)
Kicking off my horse racing tips, I'm really hoping eight remain in this contest, to pay three places each way, where I think Doughmore Bay is an interesting runner for Emma Lavelle.
He's first time up over fences, but does come from a point to point background, and looks a big horse who would make into a chaser.
Despite being his first try over the bigger obstacles, he's been sent to Cheltenham and has Harry Cobden booked, both of which interest me.
Given he always looked a chaser in the making when running over hurdles, you have to think there's more to come from his starting mark of 128 and I'm more than happy to chance him at a nice price here.
Tip 2: 1:50pm Cheltenham - Imperial Saint (EW)
In the feature contest of the day, I am happy to give Imperial Saint another chance, after what was a disappointing run at Aintree on seasonal reappearance.
Backed to be favourite for the Old Roan, a better race than this, he could only finish fifth.
I'm expecting him to come on for the run, and the hill finish here should help bring his stamina into play a bit more too, so they are positives.
He ended last season well, I'm hoping he delivers on that promise here, and puts Aintree firmly behind him.
Tip 3: 3:35pm Cheltenham - Jubilee Alpha
My last selection comes in the last race where Jubilee Alpha is the pick, fancied to go one better than last time out.
She was behind Sweet Caryline last time out, and has a 1lb pull at the weights here, for a one length defeat. But a mistake two out put an end to her chances I thought, and with better jumping, she's more than capable of turning things around at the weights.
Elsewhere, I'm not sure this is the strongest of handicaps for the course, and back in April, the selection did win a novice hurdle over course and distance to further enhanced her credentials.
A little fitter this time, and with better jumping, she should take plenty of beating.
