Cadillac Championship Betting Tips, Predictions & Odds

The Cadillac Championship returns to the schedule with renewed relevance as the PGA Tour heads back to Trump National Doral for the first time in a decade.
Once a World Golf Championship fixture, the event reappears in a different format and is now part of the Tour’s limited-field Signature Series. With just 72 entrants and no cut, the structure mirrors other high-value stops that have become a central feature of the modern schedule.
Doral’s Blue Monster course has remained in use through events such as LIV Golf Miami in recent years, offering at least some reference points despite the long PGA Tour absence.
Attention now turns to how this latest edition fits within a condensed run of major tournaments, as leading players manage schedules across consecutive high-profile weeks.

Tip 1: Winner - Nicolai Hojgaard (Each-Way)
Nicolai Hojgaard makes plenty of sense for a course like this. He brings power off the tee, and with the fairways on the wider side here, that should allow him to play to his strengths without needing to hold back. That long game was on show in Houston last month, as he finished runner-up by gaining heavily tee-to-green.
Augusta and Harbour Town weren’t as suitable, but a return to form feels more than feasible here, with the Dane’s approach play in good shape. He has picked up strokes in that category in 12 of his last 14 measured starts, which is important given how much this place leans on second shots.
There are also positives from similar venues, including a T6 at PGA National and a decent showing at Torrey Pines.
Tip 2: Sahith Theegala (Each-Way)
Sahith Theegala appeals at this sort of price when you look at where he’s played his best golf this season. A top 10 at Torrey Pines and another at Bay Hill stand out, both courses that ask questions of the long game and tend to reward those comfortable with mid-to-long irons.
He’s fairly consistent across the board statistically, with approach play holding up well and a short game that can tidy things up when needed. The par fives are another area in his favour, and that could be useful here.
Recent finishes haven’t quite matched those earlier efforts, but there’s enough there to think he can get himself into contention again.
Tip 3: Winner - Patrick Rodgers (Each-Way)
Florida-based Patrick Rodgers might be one to keep onside at a big price, particularly with the extra places some bookies are offering in this 72-man field.
He’s comfortable on bermuda and has already shown this season he can handle longer, tougher layouts, with a solid run through Torrey Pines and a T11 at Sawgrass.
The 33-year-old arrives off a T16 at the RBC Heritage, which should settle things after back-to-back missed cuts in his two previous starts, his only ones of the season.
Tip 4: Winner - Austin Smotherman (Each-Way)
Austin Smotherman is another who could benefit from a return to Florida. His best result this season came with a runner-up finish at PGA National, while his T13 at THE PLAYERS was equally impressive in terms of his long game stats.
The putter has let him down this year but any sort of spike on the greens could see him nick a place at Doral.
