It's a busy day of racing action in the UK and Ireland, and Charlie McCann is here with his exclusive free horse racing tips - only at FreeBets.
4:30pm Bath - Buckland Belle (Nap)
The three-year-old BUCKLAND BELLE (Nap) failed to get home over 10f on her penultimate start before going down by a neck at Windsor last time under Tom Marquand, who maintains the partnership this afternoon.
The form of that Windsor run was given a huge boost when the winner - Eckelfechan - hosed up at Yarmouth from a 6lbs higher mark on Sunday. The selection can race from the same mark today, and she had the third five lengths back at Windsor.
Fast ground clearly suits, but she did run a good race when third at Windsor on good to soft back in the spring. The forecast suggests the track will get 1-2mm daily and is unlikely to change ground described as a mix of good and good to firm at the time of writing.
Recommendation: Buckland Belle (Nap) - 15/8 with bet365
5:02pm Bath - Pierian
The filly Aravalli has won four of her last five starts, but has been raised 22lbs as a result. She scrambled home at Windsor last time from a 4lb lower mark last time out, however, and will need a career best to land her hat-trick.
Quebella disappointed at Chester last time, and the vote goes to the three-year-old PIERIAN, who got no run at Goodwood last time, and you can put a line through the form,
The Haggas-trained filly had won two and finished fourth in a listed contest at Longchamp previously. She was returned 17/2 for that competitive Goodwood handicap, which suggests connections believed her to be on a competitive mark. She has been dropped a pound since. I hope it's a good day for Tom Marquand.

7:30pm Kempton - Remi Mae
Roger Varian's Egotistical has failed to progress from a Redcar success back in April and underwhelmed when beaten 6l on her all-weather debut from a 1lb higher mark last time. It would be no surprise to see her bounce back to form, although I'm going to take a chance on the maiden REMI MAE, who is fitted with a tongue tie for the first time by Andrew Balding.
The filly does have a tendency to shift right coming out of the stalls, and the suggestion is that this track will suit. She finished first past the post at Nottingham on her penultimate start but lost the race in the stewards' room and looks well treated on that form with Oisin Murphy - who was in the plate when a beaten favourite at Salisbury last time - keeping the ride.
Recommendation: Remi Mae - 11/4 with bet365
