Leeds vs Aston Villa Predictions, Tips & Latest Odds

There's plenty of pressure on Daniel Farke this weekend as Leeds host Aston Villa in the Premier League on Sunday, in a game shown live on Sky.
The Leeds boss is under mounting pressure for his job after a run of four defeats in five matches, the most recent of which was a limp 3-1 defeat to fellow strugglers Nottingham Forest before the international break.
Farke is favourite with sports betting sites to be the next Premier League manager to be sacked this season, and we've taken a closer look at the game against a rejuvenated Aston Villa.
Leeds vs Aston Villa Tips
Here are our top three betting tips ahead of Leeds vs Aston Villa.
Tip 1: Aston Villa to win & BTTS - 4/1
Even though the form books suggest this should be a relatively comfortable win for the visitors, I still think it is quite a difficult one to call.
Yes Leeds have been pretty poor of late and they look like a side short on confidence and bereft of ideas in attack, but the international break should have given them time to prepare players such as Wilfried Gnonto and Dan James to return.
Too often this season Noah Okafor has been the only attacking outlet for Leeds, and added threat on the opposite wing should make them a far more balance side, but it's still hard to see how they can cause enough problems.
Elland Road is also a factor and it needs to be for Leeds to survive this season, but looking at their defence and midfield and there are too many question marks for them to be a reliable bet against a side like Villa.
The visitors have bounced back well from a slow start to the season with four wins in their last five league games - they have won four out of four Europa League games on top of that - with some pretty efficient stuff.
Maybe their away form has a question mark against it, but I think they will be too good for this Leeds side.
Tip 2: Emi Buendia to score - 4/1
Buendia probably isn't the obvious choice to score in this game, but there is merit in the thinking.
The midfielder is in good form first of all and has forced his way back into Unai Emery's thinking with goals against Bournemouth and Tottenham for two in his last three league games, along with an assist against Manchester City in the other game.
He also scored against Fulham to make it three for the season.
However there is a familiar pattern developing with Leeds of late, with opponents finding space down the sides of the penalty box and pulling the ball back for midfield runners to score from close range.
We saw Brighton do that routinely a few weeks ago, Nottingham Forest did it twice, Burnley have done it and countless more through the season.
Villa might not have the pace out wide to get past the full-backs, but in Buendia and Morgan Rodgers have two very realistic goalscorers for that particular kind of goal, and if I wasn't tipping Buendia, it would be Rodgers.
Tip 3: Aston Villa to Win, Over 3.5 Goals - 20/1
I do think Villa will win this game, but I don't think they will have it all their own way and Leeds should cause a problem or two - mainly through set pieces.
Joe Rodon is a big threat this season from corners and Pascal Struijk could be a good option too if he wins his place back ahead of the unconvincing Jaka Bijol.
But Villa have the class and squad to cut Leeds apart as the game goes on, with Leeds particularly struggling in the second half this season - a decent way to boost your odds if you fancy it, would be to back Villa to win the second half.
I'm looking at the total goals market though, and expecting Leeds to just be too open at the back to seriously challenge.
They have conceded three in each of their last two games, and while they are much better at home than on the road, they still average a goal against every game at Elland Road this season.
