Charlie McCann’s Horse Racing Tips For Monday, 29 June - Pontefract, Stratford & Windsor
Charlie heads to Stratford on Monday for his best bet

It's a busy day of racing action in the UK and Ireland, and Charlie McCann is here with his exclusive free horse racing tips - only at FreeBets.
2:30pm Pontefract - Shimmering Sands
Ephron and Tees George have stamina to prove, while Princess Niyla pulled too hard and finished tamely when behind SHIMMERING SANDS over course and distance last time and the winner is taken to confirm the form from a 4lbs higher mark.
The selection has won from higher marks in the past, and leading amateur Henry Callan is a positive booking. Throw in an excellent draw in stall two, and it is not hard to see the seven-year-old run a big race with underfoot conditions, given as good on Sunday morning, his optimum.
Mick and David Easterby have had five winners in the last fortnight, and I will be disappointed if this inmate does not run a very big race.
Recommendation: Shimmering Sands - 11/4 with bet365
3:10pm Stratford - A Little Something (Nap)
It was only a three-runner race that A LITTLE SOMETHING (Nap) won over course and distance on her penultimate start last month, but she jumped and travelled well, and she duly built on that success when making all at Fontwell last time.
The handicapper has had his say and the mare - owned by Zara Tindall - has been raised 11lbs for her last success when she had Gore Point 12 lengths behind in second.
The latter is 12lbs better off with the selection and will be a threat to all if within hailing distance as they turn into the home straight, but he will have to improve his jumping if he is to keep tabs on the mare, who looked one to follow on fast ground this summer.
Recommendation: A Little Something (Nap) - 13/8 with Ladbrokes
8:00pm Windsor - Twisting Physics
I must give TWISTING PHYSICS another chance, having gone down by a nose at Newbury last time from a 5lbs lower mark.
Jamie Spencer tried to make all from his good draw at the Berkshire track, but is replaced by talented apprentice Mason Patel this evening whose claim negates his rise in the handicap. He has the worst of the draw this evening, stuck out on the wing in stall eight, but he doesn't have to lead.
He had the third over five lengths behind at Newbury, and the fourth - Wanderlust- ran a stormer when third at Newcastle on Saturday, although he was able to dictate his own fractions.
The market is headed by Bella's Path, who caused a bit of a surprise when bolting up at Nottingham on her reappearance from a 9lbs lower mark. There did not appear to be any element of luck in the performance, and she was having her first start for Charlie Pike, who has his string in red-hot form with three winners from his last eight runners.
I have given up on Michael Bell's Greek Order - at least in the short term - and a bigger threat may come from Moonjid, who made all at Yarmouth from a 3lbs lower mark last time under SDS. He is ridden by leading apprentice Conor Whiteley, who claims 5lbs this evening. He is considered the chief threat.
Recommendation: Twisting Physics - 11/4 with bet365
