As Neptune Play only surfaced in the past 12 months, it would ask a lot to land any accolades. That said, Neptune Play's legitimacy need not be called into question as it holds MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) and UKGC (United Kingdom Gambling Commission) licenses. The UKGC account number by the way is 39483 as a point of reference.

User Experience - My Personal View

There were just two steps involved, and I was up and running in a matter of minutes. In some respects, this was better than Paddy Power where there was more information prospective bettors had to supply.
One complaint I would level at the mobile site is that the information was slightly rearranged compared to the desktop product. When I tried to click on sport-specific betting offers, it proved to be a dead link, taking me back to the homepage.
Other than that, Neptune Play offers plenty of scope for live betting, but live streaming is restricted to horse racing and eSports. The quality of the stream was robust, however, for in-play betting, there was no breakdown of stats. It didn't feel as immersive as Livescore Bet which has garnered a reputation for facilitating seamless live betting.

I was dismayed to learn there was no app. Nowadays, having an app that is compatible with iOS and Android devices is a big oversight as it is a natural extension of the desktop site, and this is something that Neptune Play must address moving forward so it doesn't get left behind.

Neptune Play Sport offers a whopping 36 sports. Whether it is golf, tennis, or NASCAR that piques your interest, you will be delighted with the offering. Yes, Neptune Play, I think, has gone above and beyond.
For most football events, there were over 100 markets to tuck into, and they were relatively standard. The margins were fair and consistent, meaning that it is on a level footing with more established operators in the business, such as BoyleSports and Ladbrokes.
With golf betting, the PGA Tour, was given sufficient coverage, and for the Memorial, I liked the depth of head-to-head lines (Player X vs Player Y) and outrights available, giving punters sufficient choice.
Neptune Play hits the mark with odds boosts. It is something I appreciate as I like to pocket bigger wins with lengthened prices. For example, I noticed significant price boosts for the biggest matches, and compares favourably with Paddy Power that often increase odds from say 2/1 to 4/1.
I did see plenty of potential in the bet builder. Using the Champions League final as the example once again, I could capitalise on various markets, such as corners, match result, and cards, and assemble my selections into one wager. I feel this looks strong against BetVictor who are undoubted bet builder aficionados.
As horse racing coverage is concerned, Neptune Play lets itself down a bit as there is no BOG (Best Odds Guranteed), however, you can bet each-way or place a tricast which is slightly more exotic. I think incorporating more specific horse racing features would take things up a notch.
