2024 Snooker Championship League Tips - Tuesday, June 18
Ricky Walden heads up the action at the Snooker Championship League on Tuesday

We’re on a Championship League roll in Leicester.
4/6 tips have landed so far from this monster tournament all at Evens or longer, and we’re returning on Tuesday to have a look at Groups 24 and 28 inside the Leicester Arena.
So far, players including Mark Williams, Neil Robertson and Ryan Day have qualified for Stage 2 at the end of the month, and another set of eight players are looking to join them.
Let’s take a look at some of the best Snooker Championship League tips for Tuesday, plus the best snooker betting offers from the top online bookmakers.
Ricky Walden to beat Umut Dikme 3-0
The experienced Ricky Walden is the 23rd seed at the Snooker Championship League and with healthy experience in the tournament – most notably reaching the third stage in 2022 – it would be bold to back anything other than a 3-0 sweep for the Englishman.
We don’t know much about the German amateur Umut Dikme, only that he is likely to be overwhelmed taking to the baize on Tuesday.
He has held his own at Q School in recent months, but this is a different kettle of fish for the 24-year-old to tackle in Leicester.
15/8 is a good option for Walden not to take any prisoners.
Yu Wize 2-2 Joshua Cooper
Joshua Cooper is another amateur, but one that we are giving a little more chance in Tuesday’s action.
The Englishman has won five of his last seven matches in Q School and arrives in Leicester with a smidge of good form behind him.
Wu Yize is seeded in Leicester but hasn’t played any snooker of note since failing to qualify for this season’s World Championship back in April.
Cooper will be comfortable on the table if he is handed some opportunities, and Wize may take a couple of frames to warm up.
Allan Taylor 2-2 Ross Muir
Both of these guys are looking to make a breakthrough on the WST after season upon season of early exits and missed chances.
Only five places separate them in the world rankings, and both men will know the significance of beating each other if they are to make any waves in Group 28 this week.
They’ve had seven stabs combined in getting out of the opening Group Stages of the Championship but to no avail, and with a 1-1 score failing to split them in the head-to-heads this one really could go either way.
We’re siding with the draw as these two continue to cancel each other out.
