Championship Acca of the Week
Just the one Millwall goal let us down on Saturday at a 27/1 shot, and I like our chances of going close again tonight as the Championship teams go through another full round of fixtures.
Leeds v Middlesbrough - Leeds to win and over 3.5 goals
I think this should be a fun game tonight, even despite Leeds' brilliant home record and their habit of winning games to nil.
It was another convincing win over Derby on Saturday but without either of their first-choice full-backs available, there could be a weakness in the Leeds defence for once.
Boro have the best attacking record on the road in the Championship this season and having already won at Elland Road in the Carabao Cup this season they will be full of confidence, so I think we should see a few goals and a Leeds win.
Burnley v Derby - Burnley to win
This should be a fairly easy one to call, even if Burnley's home form hasn't quite been at the level you'd expect - they have four draws at Turf Moor this season.
Derby were pretty poor on Saturday at Elland Road and barely registered a shot, so with Burnley a similar kind of trip against one of the league's stronger teams, a relatively straightforward win can be expected.
I wouldn't expect it to be a high-scoring game, but a Burnley win to nil would be my guess for tonight.
Sunderland v Bristol City - Sunderland to win
It was an important win for Sunderland over Stoke on Saturday, with the late goal from Tom Watson earning a first win in seven and keeping the gap on fifth place.
Bristol City have lost three of their last four and while they have been okay on the road this season, Sunderland should be on a high at a ground where they have a very good record.
Luton v Stoke - BTTS
Luton are gradually on the rise after a very difficult start to the season, and at home actually have a pretty good record.
The draw with Swansea on Saturday made it two wins and two draws in their last four home matches and they have only failed to score in a game once since October 5 - which was against Leeds.
It is a risk banking on a pretty poor Stoke side but they have scored in their last four away matches, so with Luton not at their strongest I think this one should come through.
