What is a Lucky 15 Bet?

The Lucky 15 is the most popular multi-bet in horse racing. It is a classic that has been around for decades, even before the advent of internet betting.
The name hints at the structure of the bet, comprising 15 different bets -
- Four singles on each runner
- Six doubles, covering every possible combination of two winners
- Four trebles covering every possible combination of three winners
- One acca on all four selections
This bet provides full coverage, meaning all possible combinations of bets are included.
With your four selections, no matter which one wins, you will receive a return. The more horses that win, the more individual bets you win, leading to more significant overall returns.
