Champions League Acca Tips
Champions League Acca of the Week
There are another nine games on the card on Wednesday night in the Champions League, and picking through them we have a bit of a longshot acca coming in at 50/1.
Inter v Arsenal - Draw
Arsenal haven't been entirely convincing this season either in the Champions League or the Premier League, and on the back of defeat to Newcastle at the weekend they have a really tough trip to Milan on Wednesday.
Looking at the rest of their draw, you'd have to say that coming out of this trip with a point would have to be seen as a really good result, especially with Martin Odegaard still out injured.
I think it would suit Inter, too, so can see this one playing out in a relatively low-key manner and the points shared.
Bayern Munich v Benfica - Bayern to win by 2+
Three games in, you wouldn't have had Bayern Munich down to be the side out of these two to have suffered two defeats so far and down in 23rd place, with Benfica up in 13th.
It is on the road where Bayern have struggled however, and at home they remain a formidable force which is why I can see another thumping win for them on Wednesday.
Benfica are no pushovers, but Bayern have responded to a hammering at Barcelona last time out with 12 goals scored and none conceded in three games - they could do with a big European win.
Club Brugge v Aston Villa - Aston Villa to win
In their first year of Champions League football, Aston Villa have taken no backwards steps and started the gameweek top of the table with a perfect record.
In three games they have won all three, scored six goals and conceded none. Unai Emery is working his European magic once again.
I don't think this will be a simple win to nil however. I am still backing them to come through it with three points, but I think there will only be one goal in it and play out to be a trickier trip than you'd imagine.
PSG v Atletico Madrid - BTTS
To finish off Wednesday's acca I'm looking at two of the bigger clubs of the last 10 years, both of whom have had slow starts to the Champions League this season.
Atletico have one win and two defeats so far, with BTTS coming through in two of those matches while PSG have a win, a draw and a defeat.
Home advantage should count a fair bit in PSG's favour and they will be favourites to win this one for sure, but I do fancy Atletico to cause them problems at the back.
