The women’s singles final and the men’s doubles final headlines the penultimate day of action at Roland Garros, with the men’s singles bronze medal match thrown in for good measure.
We will be concentrating mainly on the women’s singles final between China’s Qinwen Zheng and Croatia’s Donna Vekic at 11am.

Zheng is the favourite, ranked seven in the world to Vekic’s 21, but she has had to face more adversity in the last week - twice coming from a set down to win and also holding off white hot favourite Iga Swiatek in the semi-final, which she won 2-0 against the Queen of Clay.
Vekic’s progression has been smoother. She has only lost one set in five matches.
I do expect Zheng to win, but I wouldn’t be backing her at 4/9 in a match which should be tight. This, for example, is Vekic’s second successive deep run in a major having reached the semi-finals at Wimbledon.
StarSports are offering 3/1 on Zheng to win this 2-1 correct set score, which is the bet I’d be going for.
The only bet I will give you on the men’s doubles final is for Americans Austin Krajicek and Rajeev Ram to win 2-1 correct score against Australians Matthew Ebden and John Peers. That’s available at 3/1 with bet365.
Both teams have won all of their matches 2-0, but I see the US pair as the stronger - as their seeding of fourth in this draw suggests.

William Hill are offering 11/8 on China’s Zheng to win a match which will include over 19.5 games. That will almost certainly be covered should it go to three sets, as previously advised.
But we’d also be successful with a 6-4, 6-4 win in two sets, for example.
At this Olympics, Zheng has twice played out two tiebreaks in a single match - in her 2-1 wins over Emma Navarro in round three and against Angelique Kerber in the quarter-final. Vekic has also played two tiebreaks in Paris.
With that in mind, bet365′s 12/5 on there to be one or more tiebreak in this final is worth consideration.
And to finish, I’ve come up with a bet builder treble with bet365, at 9/2. That’s for Zheng to win, there to be 10 plus Aces in the match and the first set to be 2-2 after four games.
Zheng is particular proficient on the Aces front. In her last three rounds, she has hit 12, 8 and 6 in the respective matches. Vekic hasn’t reached those heights, but she’s no slouch either.
