Tottenham v Qarabag Betting Tips, Odds & Match Preview

Tottenham will be eager to get off to a strong start in the new-look Europa League against Qarabag on Thursday evening.
After suffering a 1-0 reverse to Arsenal earlier this month, Tottenham bounced back last weekend with a handsome 3-1 victory over Brentford in the Premier League which gave them some respite.
That followed after a nervy come-from-behind 2-1 win away to Coventry in the Carabao Cup to alleviate some of the pressure of Ange Postecoglou.
There isn’t too much to be concerned about on the injury front for Tottenham, although it is unclear when Richarlison will return to action while summer signing Wilson Odobert was forced off after just 18 minutes against Coventry.
Tottenham are no strangers to Qarabag, who are top of the Azerbaijan league, but will they inflict pain on the North London outfit?
I have given you the lowdown and supplied a couple of Tottenham Qarabag betting tips to chew over in the run-up to kick-off.

While there was some hesitancy in the defeat against bitter adversaries Arsenal, they were more assured against Brentford.

Despite falling behind to an early goal, Tottenham had more panache and verve moving forward, with James Madison turning in an excellent display.
This will be the third meeting between Tottenham and Qarabag in Europe, and Tottenham have come out on top twice.
Well, in their previous home clash with Qarabag nearly 10 years ago, Tottenham ran out 3-1 winners, and the gulf in class was apparent.
This is a critical week for Tottenham as after Qarabag, they travel to take on Manchester United in the Premier League.
I don’t expect Tottenham to fluff their lines in their opening Europa League and the 11/10 price offered by BetVictor for Tottenham to win both halves seems smart.
Son Heung-Min on the hat-trick trail
Described as Captain Fantastic, Son Heung-Min always leads from the front, and he invariably makes for box office viewing.
He will certainly want to add to the two goals he’s bagged so far this term which have both come in the Premier League.
The South Korean talisman has a decent record, netting twice against Qarabag in two meetings.
He will look to drag defenders out of position and tie them up in knots, and he could have a field day against Qarabag.
I think he’s primed to have a stellar evening and one that could see him plunder a hat-trick. An inviting price of 16/1 at bet365 can be found for Son to take home the match ball which might be worth exploring further.
