Half-centuries from Phil Salt (55) and Jacob Bethell (62) set England on their way to 218-5, though there were plenty of powerful cameos from elsewhere such as Jos Buttler’s 38 off 23 balls. But it wasn’t enough as the West Indies responded in kind.
