Alfred Dunhill Links Championship 2-Ball Betting Tips & Betting Offers

A world-class field will congregate in St Andrews for the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship this week.
There is a certain level of prestige attached to this event which has been a regular stopping point on the DP World Tour.
With the season finale in Dubai fast approaching, the players will be eager to lay down a marker of what has already been a long and gruelling campaign.
Earlier this week, I provided a full preview of the tournament, but this time, I want to dig a little deeper.
As is customary, I have foraged around the markets and I have unearthed a few Alfred Dunhill Links Championship 2-ball betting tips for you to consider ahead of the first round, plus the top golf betting offers from the best golf betting sites.
Alfred Dunhill Links Championship 2-Ball Betting Tips

Rory McIlroy to beat Louis Oosthuizen
It is worth pointing out that the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship has separated tee times into 2 balls, but the underlying principle still applies.
Starting at Carnoustie alongside the chirpy South African Louis Oosthuizen is Rory McIlroy.
While he may have been licking his wounds from a play-off defeat at the BMW PGA Championship in Wentworth, McIlroy has all the tools to get around, and he’s also played a few times alongside his father in St Andrews in the Pro-Am.
McIlroy, as we know, is a fabulous links exponent, but let’s not forget that his only previous appearance in the main tournament in 2019 saw him miss the cut.
While he faded away in Madrid at the Open de Espana last week, McIlroy, when on song, is like a breakaway train.
Oosthuizen is no mug on a links course, but McIlroy should have the upper hand and come out on top.
Tommy Fleetwood to beat Brooks Koepka
Arguably one of the feature 2-ball pairings, Tommy Fleetwood and Brooks Koepka will have plenty of eyes following them around Carnoustie.
Teeing off 12 minutes after McIlroy and Oosthuizen, Fleetwood has been in terrific form of late.
Coming into this event off the back of a third-place finish at the Open de Espana, the key performance metrics that make for good reading for Fleetwood are his greens in regulation (third) and stroke average (third).
Finding the greens and driving accuracy, especially for this course, can be a precursor for success, and that is something that Brooks Koepka relies heavily upon.
However, I think Fleetwood is trending in the right direction and I think he will prevail in the opening round.
Jon Rahm to beat Danny Willett
Well, this 2-ball pairing comes directly after Fleetwood and Koepka but it should be intriguing nevertheless.
Jon Rahm may well have been kicking himself after coming up short in a playoff against countryman Angel Hidalgo.
Danny Willett, meanwhile, has been an anonymous figure this term, and the form proves it.
He’s yet to post a top-10 finish this season, with his highest being a T29 at the KLM Open back in June.
So, with that in mind, to round off my 2-ball betting tips, I’m going with Rahm to take the honours in the opening round.
