Horse Racing Betting Sites Reviewed
Here at Free Bets we want to not only showcase the best horse racing betting sites for you, but also explain why we think they're the best.
Below we have mini reviews of our top 10 horse racing sites, all with a key focus on why they're deemed to be the best for horse racing betting.
If you're a horse racing punter, this is exactly why these sites should appeal to you.
1. Betfred
Our best horse racing betting site for the month is Betfred, who claim this place thanks to a combination of great offers for customer, strong odds overall, and excellent place terms.
Best odds guaranteed is available from 8am on the day of the race, so you're getting the best odds when betting after that time.
For those placing multiple bets, lucky 15/31/63 bets come with up to 5x the odds when you have one winner, while these bets also come with a percentage bonus on winnings if all selections win, which could be as high as 25%.
They also offer daily extra place races, which we love, a big positive if you're betting each way here.
With so many positives, it's easy to see why they're our top horse racing betting site.
2. William Hill
William Hill also offer best odds guaranteed to their customers from 8am on the day of the race, perfect for those who either bet in the morning or later.
they have one daily bet boost per day for horse racing, so you can choose any bet you want throughout the day, and boost the price of that runner, a great way to give yourself additional value on the selection you want.
Extra places are available here, with selected races chosen for this offer every day.
We also love William Hill's daily price boosts, where they offer enhanced odds on selections, sometimes multiples, which are proving to be popular with punters.
3. Paddy Power
Extra places and money back if 2nd or 3rd are the key horse racing offers you'll find at Paddy Power, great for those who are looking to find this type of bonus.
They've also got a free to play jackpot game, where you have to find four winners from selected races, something else you can do on site while making your picks to add further enjoyment to your day.
Then there's 'Power Prices' specials on racing, combining picks in the same race, looking at doubles or trebles featuring the top jockeys or trainers, and plenty more.
These are great extras, and add to the overall quality on offer here at Paddy Power.
4. bet365
Known for offering a superb live streaming service, bet365 were also the original home of the 'extra place' feature that many horse racing betting sites now offer.
These extra places are flexible too, so you can choose if you want extra places, and in some cases, how many places.
Plus they've also added horse racing to their bet builder options, a hugely popular bet on other sports, with bet365 you can now place bet builders on horse racing, using markets such as win, top two, top 3 and more.
An excellent platform, and still a market leading horse racing betting site.
5. SpreadEx
With SpreadEx, you have two strong horse racing consolation offers that underpin their service, and give you the chance to either get your money back, or get paid out, when some others wouldn't offer that.
The 'second by a rag' offer gives you your money back as a free bet, if your horse finishes second to a runner at odds of 33/1 or bigger, so if you're beaten by a long shot, you're covered here.
Secondly, they pay first past the post, plus the official winner, so you're covered for any result changes.

Key Horse Racing Dates for November
With the jumps season in full swing, our key dates for November all focus on big events in the early season over the sticks.
Don't forget, when these come around, we'll have plenty of horse racing tips on site from our two experts, Alan Kelly and Charlie McCann, who both give their views on all the big races.
Cheltenham November Meeting: 14th-16th November
Aside from the Cheltenham Festival, the biggest meeting of the season at the home of jumps racing, and three days of top quality action.
The Paddy Power Gold Cup headlines the three days on Saturday, while we've got the Shloer Chase and Greatwood Hurdle on Sunday. Add into the mix plenty of exciting novice hurdle and chase races, there's plenty to catch the eye here.
Betfair Chase: 22nd November
The first early season Cheltenham Gold Cup trial, and the first leg of jump racing's triple crown, held at Haydock Park, it's a cracking day of racing.
Grey Dawning for Dan Skelton heads the early betting, but whatever wins or loses, you can guarantee a shake up to the Gold Cup market in the aftermath.
Fighting Fifth Hurdle: 29th November
A Champion Hurdle pointer, and perhaps more importantly this season, the returning race for Constitution Hill, who has an enormous amount to prove after last season's dreadful end to his campaign.
This could also be where The New One starts back, an exciting novice who's staying over hurdles, with the Champion Hurdle in his sights.
