With the stakes extremely high, Switzerland’s lack of experience in crucial matches may be a disadvantage. I expect a tight contest in Düsseldorf, with the Three Lions securing a narrow victory over the Red Crosses.
Netherlands to Win to Nil vs Turkey
The Netherlands delivered an impressive performance against Romania, dominating the match and securing a convincing 3-0 win. Although Turkey managed an upset against Austria, they will be missing several key players due to suspension. With Van Dijk and Ake forming a strong defensive partnership, I predict the Netherlands will keep a clean sheet and win against Turkey.

Granit Xhaka to have 1 or more shots on target
Nine different players took shots for Switzerland against Italy in their last 16 clash, including Granit Xhaka.
The Bayer Leverkusen star also had a shot on target in each of Switzerland’s group-stage matches against Hungary, Scotland, and Germany.
Xhaka is not hesitant to shoot from distance, and the Swiss could have plenty of attacking opportunities if England defends like they did against Slovakia.

The Bologna midfielder could be busy in the centre of the park against an England team that’s one of the most fouled in the tournament.
Freuler has already been booked once and received nine cards in 30 Serie A starts last season, making him a solid bet for another caution in this clash.
Michel Aebischer to be fouled 1 or more times
Only Ndoye has been fouled more often among Swiss players than Aebischer at Euro 2024.
Starting all four matches, Aebischer has been fouled each time, earning two free-kicks in the last three games, and including the end of the Serie A season, he’s been fouled in 10 of his previous 12 starts.
Positioned on the left of Switzerland’s 4-3-3 formation, he looks a decent bet to draw a foul from Kyle Walker on Saturday.
