Luke Williams
Luke Williams cut his teeth in youth and development coaching at Leyton Orient, West Ham and Brighton, before landing his first senior role at Swindon Town in 2015.
He later became assistant to Russell Martin namely at Swansea, and in 2022 was appointed head coach of Notts County, leading them to promotion via the National League play-offs in 2023. In 2024 he returned to Swansea as head coach, but was sacked in February 2025.
Ian Evatt
Following a playing career as a defender, Evatt entered management as a caretaker at Chesterfield in 2018, before taking the Barrow job. He guided Barrow to promotion to League Two in 2019–20.
In 2020 he moved to Bolton Wanderers, where he earned promotion from League Two to League One and later won the EFL Trophy with them, though he was sacked by them last season.
Richie Wellens
Richie Wellens began his managerial journey at Oldham in 2017, then moved to Swindon Town in 2018, where he clinched the 2019-20 League Two title.
He then took over at Salford City, winning the rearranged 2020 EFL Trophy, though his tenure was brief. In 2022 he became head coach at Leyton Orient, guiding them to the 2022-23 League Two title, and has since brought success at League One level with them.
