Arsenal vs Brighton Bet Builder, Tips & Latest Odds
Adam Martin
We have got some Carabao Cup action from the Emirates on Wednesday night as Arsenal host Brighton and Hove Albion.
Both sides are looking for a win that will take them into the quarterfinals and eventually a chance to lift the trophy.
We've got three betting tips, including a 21/1 bet builder, and the best free bets to look at ahead of the game - check them out below.
Arsenal vs Brighton Tips
Here are our free betting tips for Wednesday's showdown at the Emirates.
Tip 1: Arsenal to win to nil
Itโs hard to back against the Gunners winning this one and getting a clean sheet as well. Although Brighton is normally good for a goal this season, the Arsenal defence has been great.
They have yet to concede a goal in October which has included five matches. The last goal they did concede was away to Newcastle on the 28th September. Even with some likely changes to the team they will still be solid.
Christian Mosquera played in the previous round and is likely to be included in this game. Whenever he has been involved there hasnโt been any drop off from Gabriel or Saliba.
The defence will still be hard to beat in general and although Brighton will attack itโs unlikely that they will get much luck away from home.
Tip 2: Gabriel Martinelli to score anytime
Martinelli hasnโt seen much action in the Premier League so far this season. He has spent most of the time being on the bench and has only started in two of the nine games so far.
However, he has been an ever present in cup competitions starting all three of the Champions League games and League Cup game. Not only has he started in all three Champions League games, but he has scored in all three of them as well.
It is likely that he will get a start in this game and hopefully he will take his opportunity again to impress the manager and get a goal. 21/10 is a great price for an attacking player who seem to have found his ability to shoot again.
Tip 3: Danny Wellbeck 1+ shot on target, Ferdi Kadioglu to be shown a card, Gabriel Martinelli to score anytime
Danny Wellbeck has been in fine form this season and could continue that here. The veteran centre forward has had 12 shots in the Premier League with seven of them hitting the target.
It would be surprising if the former Arsenal player didnโt get an opportunity to have another one in this game.
Ferdi Kadioglu has made an impression in his first season for the Seagulls. The Turkish defender has made eight appearances in the Premier League and played in both of Brightonโs League Cup games.
So far, he has managed to find his way into the refereeโs book three times in the league and once in the League Cup. It wouldnโt be a shock if he got another one here at a big price.
At 21/10, Gabriel Martinelli must be included in this bet builder to score anytime. He has scored three in three in the Champions League and should start this game.
The Brazilian has mainly been on the bench in the league and will be hoping to impress his boss again.
