The League Two playoffs kick off on Monday and we’ve got back to back games, with all four teams in action on the same day.
In the first game of the afternoon, Crawley are the hosts and they welcome promotion favourites with the leading bookmakers, MK Dons, for the first leg tie.

Crawley v MK Dons Match Preview
Crawley pulled themselves into the playoffs on the final day of the season, and bagged a much needed win as they’d gone four in a row without one before that game.
But what is in their favour here is that this feels like a free hit for them, as much as a playoff semi final can be a free hit anyway.
The expectations are all on MK Dons, the class act in the league, the favourites to win promotion, and a side who did at one point look like an automatic promotion side.
Mike Williamson will lead his MK Dons side into the playoffs knowing that a win would not only bring League One football next season, but also put him in the shop window for a move further up the pyramid.
He’s built a rock solid side, arguably no weakness, and with Max Dean and Alex Gibley, they have not one but two quality goalscoring assets in their team.
While they don’t need to win the game here, and have the home leg to come, I don’t think that will stop Williamson going for the win here, and trying to get one foot in the Wembley final.
Crawley v MK Dons Predictions
I think MK Dons will win this game, and not only that, but I think they will win both legs individually, and take the tie overall thanks to those.
The League Two playoffs have two strong sides in them, and two out of form, lower quality sides, I just don’t think Crawley will be able to match the quality on offer from MK Dons.
Crawley v MK Dons Betting Tips
Kicking off my betting tips, I am more than happy to take the 6/4 with Paddy Power for an MK Dons win, I was expecting around Evens, so think this price offers fair value.
For a correct score prediction, I will take MK Dons to win the game 3-1 which is 16/1 with bet365, with plenty of goals and put themselves in a great position to reach the League Two playoff final.
Lastly, I like both Max Dean and Alex Gibley, but the latter named is a much bigger price to score in this game, and has a similar chance, so Gibley to score anytime rounds off my picks, available at 11/4 with bet365.
