PGA Tour Golf Betting Tips & Betting Offers: Bermuda Championship

The spotlight falls on the Bermuda Championship in this week's PGA Tour golf betting tips.
For those in and around the top 125, a good week could see them cement spots for two Signature Events next season - the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and the Genesis Invitational.
Ahead of the first round, I have rummaged through the markets and handpicked a couple of golf betting tips for you to consider, plus the top golf betting offers from the best golf betting sites.
PGA Tour Golf Betting Tips - Bermuda Championship
Bermuda Championship Preview
The PGA Tour is fast approaching the end of the FedEx Cup Fall Series, and this week the spotlight falls on the Bermuda Championship.
Marking the sixth edition, the Bermuda Championship course, which was designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr, is a short links-style course.
Playing as a par-71 covering 6,800 yards, the mixed Bermuda/Zoysia rough is tricky to negotiate and the average greens only run at a 10 on the stimpmeter.
Scrambling could be crucial, although 2022 champion Seamus Power only ranked 46th for that particular performance metric en route to his success.
Camilo Vegas will be the hunted as he is the reigning champion, and Austin Eckroat will be taking a well-earned breather after his exploits at the WWT Championship saw him scoop his second title of the campaign.
Maverick McNealy to make the breakthrough
Although considered to be one of the less heralded players on the PGA Tour, Maverick McNealy, who is 53rd in the FedEx Cup standings, has been making steady progress.
The American has missed just six cuts from 26 appearances this term, and there have been five top-10 finishes too.
That included a T6 at the WWT Championship last weekend where he looked solid, producing four rounds that were all sub-70.
There have been plenty of positives for McNealy to take and he ranks 10th for SG: Around the Green which is worth noting.
McNealy looks well placed to land his maiden win, and I’m backing him with the first of my golf betting tips. If you are tempted, Paddy Power has propped up a price of 20/1.
Camilo Villegas to wind up in the top 10
With five career PGA Tour wins under his belt, including the Bermuda Championship, Villegas’ pedigree is there to be seen.
But scratch beneath the surface and 2024 has been a bit of a flop by all accounts.
18 missed cuts from 24 events played tells its own story, but as we have seen in previous editions, the Bermuda Championship has brought the best out of him.
If there is some comfort for Villegas, then he’s 33rd on the Tour list for longest drives and he has been more than competent with short approaches to the green.
I may have gone out on a bit of a limb here, but I’m backing Villegas to curtail his troubles and clinch a top-10 finish which seems fairly reasonable given the 22/1 price supplied by BetVictor.
