Celtic vs Rangers Scottish Cup Final Betting Stats

Brendan Rodgers

The final game of the 2023/24 Scottish season is set to play out at 3 pm BST on Saturday, May 25 and sees Celtic and Rangers face off in the Scottish FA Cup Final.

Celtic head into the game as the current favourites, priced at 17/20 to pick up a win in 90 minutes, while Rangers can be backed at 29/10 to do so.

Celtic go into the match looking to complete a league and cup double after securing the SPL title earlier this month. Rangers, meanwhile, are aiming to win both the Scottish League and FA Cups this term.

Celtic vs Rangers

Celtic have won the Scottish FA Cup a record 41 times and are the current holders after beating Inverness 3-1 in the final last season.

To make it to this year’s showpiece, the Hoops saw off Buckie Thistle in the 4th round, St Mirren in the 5th round, Livingston in the quarter-finals and Aberdeen in the semis following an enthralling penalty shootout which ended 9-8 in favour of Celtic.

As for Rangers, they have won the second-most Scottish FA Cups in history (34), last lifting the trophy in 2021/22 when they beat Hearts 2-0 in the final.

The Gers’ route to this campaign’s final saw them beat Dumbarton, Ayr United, Hibernian and Hearts. They conceded just one goals in that run (during the 4th round versus Dumbarton).
