Tottenham injury news

Here is the latest Tottenham injury news before their clash with Newcastle United.

Richarlison missed the aforementioned win over Nottingham Forest with a knee injury.

However, there is hope the Brazilian will be fit to face Newcastle. Speaking over the weekend, Ange Postecoglou said on the forward: “He’s had a bit of a niggle with his knee so we’ll probably give him this weekend off just to get totally over it.

“Hopefully he’ll be ready for Newcastle next week.”

Elsewhere, Manor Solomon suffered a knee injury in December and was forced to go under the knife again last month, meaning he is set to miss the rest of the season.

Finally, Ange Postecoglou confirmed last week that Ryan Sessegnon’s campaign is also likely over after the left-back suffered a second hamstring issue.
