Weekend Boxing Betting Tips

Reece Bellotti to beat Levi Giles by KO/TKO/Disqualification

“Bomber” Reece Bellotti is enjoying somewhat of an Indian Summer in the super featherweight division.

After going 14-5, the 33-year-old looked close to retirement following four losses in five fights, but now, enjoying a stretch of four wins in a row, the Watford fighter is looking to kick on in the 130-pound division.

Levi Giles is up next, and the 28-year-old looks a little over-matched here.

Giles is 15-1 but hasn’t fought anywhere close to this level yet. He has only contested two 10-rounders, winning one and losing one and it’s hard to see him shape up to Bellotti’s power at the weight.

14 of Bellotti’s 18 wins have come via KO and we’re expecting another.

Johnny Fisher to beat Alen Babic by KO/TKO/Disqualification

We all know that Johnny Fisher is a big ticket seller in the sport – his Dad is after all the “Boshfather” – but the British heavyweight is also developing into a danger in the division.

Alen Babic is next up for Fisher and the small-ish Croatian will be attempting to sit on the chest of the favourite throughout this fight and wear Fisher down with his relentless style.

But Fisher is a smart enough to not allow this to happen, and with a monster punch – recording 10 KOs in 11 fights – he should be able to stop Babic who was blown out one round against Lukasz Rozanski in early 2023.

O’Shaquie Foster to beat Robson Conceicao

At 4/9, WBC world super-featheweight champion O’Shaquie Foster is a great price to record the 23rd victory of his career this weekend.

Foster is a slick counter puncher that has recorded some fantastic victories over the past few years, but will have his work cut out against a strong volume puncher in the Brazilian Robson Conceicao.

Conceicao is a gold medalist from 2016 but is yet to kick on in the pro game, and at 35 is running out of time to grab a world title.

With the edge in speed, athleticism and length, we’re expecting Foster to box to a decision off the back foot in Newark, defending his title for the third time.

Shakur Stevenson to beat Artem Harutyunyan by Decision/Technical Decision

Shakur Stevenson is considered a future Hall of Famer in boxing and is being wheeled out in front of a home crowd in Newark this weekend to make a statement.

Stevenson is unbeaten in 21 fights as a pro and after a lacklustre display against Edwin de los Santos in November will be looking for a conclusive display against the 12-1 German.

Harutyunyan isn’t going to beat Stevenson, but he may take him the distance. He’s never been stopped as a pro, and with just 10 KOs in 21 fights, Stevenson may struggle once again to close the show.
