NBA Update - Matches Suspended as NBA Deals with the Crisis

NBA Basketball Latest

A coronavirus NBA suspension has been put in place by the league.

Due to coronavirus, basketball punters will have to look elsewhere for their bets.

Despite coronavirus betting elsewhere will continue for now.

The suspension has no date set on it, games are off until further notice from the league.

What Can You bet on Now the NBA is Suspended?

Basketball in Europe, which had carried on after the NBA cancellation, has now also been suspended until April at the earliest.

Unfortunately, due to Coronavirus Euroleague games have been suspended.

March Madness, the hugely popular and profitable NCAA tournament has also been cancelled in America.

Despite the coronavirus sports are continuing around the world elsewhere though, so you can bet on something.

Hardened basketball fans and punters can still bet on the Turkish Super League and on Australian basketball until the NBA and Euroleague get back underway, hopefully sooner rather than later.

How Coronavirus is Impacting the Basketball World

The two biggest basketball leagues in the world have been suspended until further notice.

To prevent spreading Coronavirus NBA and Euroleague have both cancelled games.

The NCAA will play games behind closed doors across Thursday and Friday.

With football and other sports being cancelled elsewhere, it seems likely that other basketball leagues will follow.

This will probably include Spain, where a player for Real Madrid has tested positive.

Despite Coronavirus betting is expected to remain available for punters, although leagues to choose from will be limited.

This is an ever-changing situation though, as the coronavirus pandemic continues to spread.
