BetDuel Review, Free Bets and Betting Offers

BetDuel was only launched in November 2021 and is a new online bookie from the Malta-based Progress Play.

It holds licenses for both the UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority.

In addition to an in-depth sportsbook, BetDuel also offers an online casino with an impressive range of titles from established names such as Microgaming, NetEnt, and Big Time Gaming. Keep reading for our BetDuel full review.

What’s missing with BetDuel?

  • No mobile app as yet:

BetDuel has yet to release a mobile app in the app stores, but you can still access the site via a mobile browser

  • £2.50 administration fee for withdrawals:

Withdrawals at BetDuel are subject to a £2.50 admin fee

  • No live streaming:

Despite their extensive sports betting coverage, BetDuel does not currently offer a live streaming service

How can you get Free Bets and other promotions with BetDuel?

Although BetDuel does have a history of offering Free Bets and other promotions, there’s relatively little currently on offer other than a few minor cashback promotions on deposits for losing bets.

The BetDuel Casino does have a number of deposit bonuses and Free Spins available.

Other than the Welcome Offer, BetDuel’s promotions are currently focused on their BetDuel Rewards Programme.

The Rewards Programme is based on points collected for performing specific tasks, such as trying out a new game or triggering a specific feature on a slot.

You can redeem your points in the Rewards Store for offers including Free Spins, Deposit Bonuses, Cashback deals and more.

Existing BetDuel Customer Free Bets and Offers

As stated above, there are a few minor deposit cashback offers on losing sports bets on offer, but there’s nothing to get terribly excited about in regards to existing offers for BetDuel customers.

BetDuel User Experience

The BetDuel site is very quick and easy to navigate, with a slick design as befits its recent arrival on the scene. Everything is set out in an easy-to-read manner.

BetDuel on Desktop

The BetDuel desktop site is very clearly laid out, with the main menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

Across the top of the screen are links to the sports and casino sites, current promotions and FAQs.

Below this are various Event Views, Calendars and a Dashboard.

BetDuel on Mobile

Although there is as yet no BetDuel app, you can still access the site through the web browser on your mobile device.

This mobile offering is extremely easy to navigate and use, with it basically being just a slimmed-down version of the desktop site, providing the same range of betting features.

BetDuel App

As mentioned previously, there is not a BetDuel mobile app currently.

BetDuel Market & Odds

BetDuel offers a significant selection of sports for customers to bet on.

Along with all the most popular sports one would expect, such as football, tennis, golf and the major American sports, you will also find less celebrated offerings such as pool and kabaddi.

BetDuel Safety & Security

BetDuel uses a 3D Secure Code which requires customers to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer when making an online payment to help prevent fraud.

BetDuel also holds licenses for both the UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority.

BetDuel Customer Support

The BetDuel ‘Support Center’ is available at the top of the site, from where you will find a range of FAQs that should be able to answer most relatively straightforward questions regarding the site.

The support team can be contacted via either live chat or by email using the on-site contact form, both of which can be accessed via the Support Center.

BetDuel Payment Methods

There’s a very good selection of payment methods available when it comes to funding your BetDuel account, including:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • PayPal
  • Trustly
  • Skrill
  • PayviaPhone
  • MuchBetter
  • Paysafecard

BetDuel Deposit Methods

As stated above, there are a number of deposit methods at BetDuel. Visa, Mastercard and Paypal will always be popular options. The minimum deposit is £10.

BetDuel Withdrawal Methods

Depending on the method used, most withdrawals from BetDuel should appear in most customers’ accounts either instantly or within 48 hours, although there are a few exceptions to this.

The biggest disappointment is that withdrawals are subject to a £2.50 administration fee.

BetDuel Conclusion

As a new betting site, BetDuel faces a major struggle to establish itself in a very competitive market against many established names.

On the plus side, BetDuel has a wide and varied range of sports and betting markets, and their odds are competitive enough.

Where they may struggle to attract customers is the lack of live streaming and, in particular, the decision to charge a £2.50 administration fee on all withdrawals.

BetDuel Overall Mark: 6/10
