After the opening matches of the last 16 ties on Saturday, Denmark and Italy were the first sides to seal their Euro 2020 quarter-final places and we’ve taken a look at all the top betting odds moves after Saturday’s action.

Italy trimmed to 11/2

Italy huffed and puffed against Austria at Wembley on Saturday night before eventually edging them out 2-1 after extra time.

The match was goalless after normal time sealing a new record for Italy of 31 games unbeaten, but Austria had bossed the second half and came close to pulling off a real shock after Marko Arnautovic’s goal was ruled out by VAR.

However, the Azzurri dragged themselves over the line in extra time and the bookies have now made them the 11/2 second-favourites to win the tournament.

Denmark now 12/1 for success

Denmark thrashed Wales 4-0 in Amsterdam courtesy of a Kasper Dolberg double and late efforts from Joakim Maehle and Martin Braithwaite to seal their place in the quarter-finals.

The Danes will now face either the Netherlands or the Czech Republic and having been as big as 60/1 following their opening match loss to Finland, and 20/1 before yesterday’s match, Denmark are now into 12/1 to land their second European Championship.
