The draw for Euro 2020 was made in Bucharest on November 30, 2019 with 24 teams segregated into six groups of four.
20 countries made it through qualifying automatically before playoffs involving teams who earned their place from qualifying and from the UEFA Nations League settled the final four places.

With 16 teams progressing from the Euro 2020 group stages, every side in the draw will fancy their chances of making it to the knockout stages.
The top two sides in each group and the four best 3rd place finishers progress to the last 16. From there the tournament is a straight knockout competition.
With 51 matches taking place over a month, it promises to be a fascinating European carnival of football.
And with 12 host nations and 24 teams, it is a true test of Europe’s elite – culminating in the Euro 2020 Final at Wembley Stadium, London, on July 11, 2021.
