Fulham, in the meantime, have seen the wheels come off with back-to-back defeats, and they went down to reigning champions Manchester City in their previous outing.

When Fulham met Liverpool earlier in the campaign, the over 3.5 goals line was achieved in a 2-2 draw.

This clash might not be as goal-laden, but given Liverpool’s struggles to keep a clean sheet, my first pick is for there to be Over 2.5 goals which is available at a short 4/9.

Manchester City v West Ham – Over 3.5 goals

Confidence is coursing through Manchester City’s veins and they are zoning in on another league triumph.

Erling Haaland recently broke the record for most Premier League goals in a campaign, and he’s up to 50 in all competitions.

West Ham aren’t out of the woods in terms of beating the drop, but it is difficult to make a case for them to stun City.

My second pick entails there to be Over 3.5 goals at 11/10, and it could well be a comfortable evening for Pep Guardiola’s charges.

Atletico Madrid v Cadiz – Over 3.5 goals

Atletico Madrid have been in stunning form of late, and bar the 1-0 defeat to Barcelona last month, they have been hot to trot.

There have been some big wins too over the past few weeks, including a 5-2 thrashing of Valladolid and a 3-1 win over Mallorca.

When Atletico last met Cadiz, they were on the wrong end of a 3-2 scoreline, but they should be able to exact revenge.

For my third pick, I have gone with there to be Over 3.5 goals, which is advertised at an intriguing price of 7/4.

Juventus v Lecce – Under 1.5 goals

Juventus are breathing down the neck of Lazio, who are second, but the Old Lady haven’t been particularly prolific.

Just three goals in their past six games in all competitions would suggest so, and we’re not sure if they have turned a corner or not.

Lecce may seem like more limited opposition, but this won’t be a barnstormer, and to round things off, I have gone with Under 1.5 goals, which is available at 2/1.
