Sunday’s Euro 2020 final isn’t the only big football clash this weekend – Argentina and Brazil will battle it out in the Copa America final late on Saturday night at the Maracanã.
Brazil are looking to defend their title while Argentina are out for revenge following their semi-final defeat two years ago in what’s likely to be Lionel Messi’s last appearance in the tournament.
We’ve put together a 36/1 Bet Builder that hopefully gets Sunday off to a flyer.
- Argentina to lead at half-time
- Neymar to provide an assist
- Over 1.5 goals
Argentina vs Brazil Bet Builder Betting Tip:
Argentina to lead at half-time
Messi and Co have been quick out of the blocks throughout the tournament, leading all six of their matches so far at half-time and scoring eight first-half goals in the process.
Against a Brazil side that’s only scored four in the opening 45, we’re hoping for an early Argentine goal to hopefully provide a lead that they can hold on until half-time.
Neymar to provide an assist
Neymar may only have scored two goals in the tournament so far but he’s also chipped in with three assists, taking his tally to five assists in his last seven matches for his country.
He’ll be wanting to impress in a home final and it would be no shock to see him notching up yet another assist tonight.
Over 1.5 goals
The most recent clashes between these nations haven’t been high-scoring affairs but a number of these have mostly been in friendlies.
In competitive matches, over 1.5 goals has landed the last four times they have faced other competitively, and with both sides amongst the goals in the tournament, we’re confident of at least two goals tonight.
