Daily Euro 2024 Acca Tips & Euro 2024 Bet Builder Tips - Slovakia v Romania, Ukraine v Belgium, Czech Republic v Turkey, Georgia v Portugal
Group E comes to an end on Wednesday night as Turkey, Czech Republic and Georgia battle it out for a place in the last 16 at Euro 2024, while Portugal are already secured in the next round.
Roberto Martinez’s side were regarded as one of the favourites to go all the way in Germany this summer and the early signs have been encouraging for them.

We take in the best of the Euro 2024 action on Wednesday with our 8/1 Acca.
Draw in Slovakia vs Romania
There really is nothing between the four Group E sides, and with Romania currently top of the group we could easily see a bit of a bore draw play out. That would guarantee a top two spot while Slovakia would be pretty certain of one of the third-place berths.
Over 2.5 goals in Ukraine vs Belgium
Ukraine have no room for calculations here, since they will most likely need all three points today to advance from the group. This means risky formation and plenty of space for Belgium’s attacking trio. The Red Devils have scored 14 goals in their last seven games, while Ukraine have seen over 2.5 goals in their last four contests.
Portugal to win to nil vs Georgia
Portugal already qualified for the second phase after winning their first two games at Euro 2024. They will want to keep the momentum going, and even with some reserves on the pitch, I expect them to outplay Georgia and keep the net intact. Georgians had two decent appearances so far, but I don’t see them holding in-form Selecao.

Croatia v Italy
Portugal to Win to Nil
Portugal have been quietly going about their business so far, coming from behind to beat Czech Republic late on before a very comfortable 3-0 win over Turkey to book their place in the last 16.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see a few changes ahead of the game against Georgia but they seem in a pretty good place right now and I think they will have a comfortable win on Wednesday night, putting a few goals past Georgia while keeping a clean sheet to put them in a good place heading into knockout matches.
They have conceded nine goals in total since last September, putting to bed some theories that Roberto Martinez is only an attack-minded coach - something I’ve held against him in the past.
Bruno Fernandes to Score
I had my doubts at the start of the tournament as to whether Bruno Fernandes could operate effectively alongside Cristiano Ronaldo in a major tournament. It is not exactly a new theory, but I suspect that the stronger the opposition they face the more they could be exposed across the pitch, and the more Fernandes will be forced to operate away from where he is effective.
That said, I think he will thrive against Georgia. He is supremely fit and rarely misses a game for Manchester Untied so I don’t expect him to be rotated, while Ronaldo’s age puts him at an increased chance of dropping to the bench which in turn opens the door for Fernandes.
He netted the third against Turkey and I still think there is plenty of time for him to make a real mark on this tournament.
Portugal to Score 2+
They scored twice against the Czechs while not at their best, three against Turkey who were probably the best side they will face in the groups, and only twice in the last 13 matches have they failed to score at least two goals. If I was going to really stick my neck out and predict an exact score I would go for 3-0 or maybe 4-0, so I’m expecting a bit of a cakewalk, though that could easily change depending on the number of changes Martinez makes - if he makes wholesale changes, maybe scale some of these selections down a little bit.
