Manchester United v Nottingham Forest Match Preview
Nottingham Forest will be making the trip up North to Manchester once again on Saturday evening.
However, Forest, who were soundly beaten 3-0 away to Manchester City in midweek, will be heading this time to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United in the Premier League.
Forest had their chances against City, but their top scorer, Chris Wood, lacked the requisite composure when put through in goal, and they paid the price.
United, on the other hand, suffered their first defeat of the Ruben Amorim era at the Emirates against Arsenal, and both goals were conceded from corners.
Forest will be hoping to stun United on their travels and continue their fine start, but how will this one unfold?

Although Forest were on the wrong end of a 3-0 scoreline at the Etihad against City, if they had been a bit more clinical, then perhaps things would have been a bit different.
They certainly contributed, getting off 12 shots, but City had the killer touch when they needed it most.
United will have been disappointed to have conceded two goals from corners against Arsenal in midweek. The Gunners have now scored more goals (22) from corners than any other side since the start of last season which makes for impressive reading.
Forest have only won one of their past four encounters with United, and that was at the City Ground last year.
On their previous visit to Old Trafford, Forest surged into a two-goal lead inside four minutes, but eventually slipped to defeat.
Perhaps spurred on by that heartache, I think Forest, who are having a terrific season to date, could come out on top this weekend. Betfred is advertising an inviting price of 9/2 for Forest to collect all three points.
Forest to pull themselves over the line comfortably
To date, the biggest surprise this season was when Forest beat Liverpool at Anfield back in September, and Arne Slot’s men haven’t lost since.
United aren’t even in Liverpool’s rearview mirror, and there is a gulf in class between the two sides.
Forest have been exceptional, and Wood, who has rattled home nine goals this term, is in contention for the Golden Boot award.
While Forest capitulated last term, I don’t expect that to happen this time around.
