The weekend’s Premier League action kicks off at 12:30 pm BST on Saturday, April 27, as Liverpool travel down south to the London Stadium for a meeting with West Ham.

The loss means Liverpool are three points off 1st-place Arsenal and well off the pace of current Premier League title favourites, Manchester City.
