2023/24 Premier League Manager Sack Race Betting Odds
Last updated December 6, 2023
With the 2023/24 Premier League season heading towards the busy festive period, we finally look as though we might have our first managerial casualty.
It is quite unique nowadays for no manager to have lost their job by the start of December, but Paul Heckingbottom was finally announced as the first manager to be dismissed following a 5-0 hammering against fellow strugglers Burnley.
He has been swiftly replaced by former manager Chris Wilder.
With the majority of the operators suspending the odds across the market - including our chosen operator in this market, Paddy Power - we have removed live odds from this page for the time being, but once it is back up and running we will bring you the latest odds.

Next Manager to be Sacked Top Tip
Andoni Iraola has been our tip all season to be the first man out of the door, but he has responded well to that with three league wins in the last four matches lifting the Cherries to 16th place and seven points clear of the bottom three.
While a poor run over Christmas could put him in danger once more, we think he is safe for now so we’re changing our tip to Steve Cooper.
Cooper feels like he has been under constant scrutiny since guiding Nottingham Forest back into the top flight, despite guiding them to 15th so far this campaign and seemingly out of the fight for relegation.
Three defeats in four looks worse than it is - they scored two in two of those against West Ham and Brighton, and the other was against Liverpool - and there were a lot of draws that on another day could have shot them way up the table, but it is hard to ignore the noise coming from Nottingham.
Given the history owner Evangelos Marinakis has with managers, it is not hard to see him eventually pulling the plug.
