France will be bidding to stay afloat in the top tier of the Nations League when they travel to visit Denmark on Sunday evening.
After a rather unforgettable campaign to date, France sprung into life in midweek as they eased to a 2-0 victory over Austria.

Olivier Giroud carved out a slice of history for himself as he brilliantly headed home an Antoine Griezmann delivery to become France’s oldest scorer at 35 years and 357 days, eclipsing the previous record set by Roger Marche in 1959.
However, the win over Austria was dampened by injuries to defender Jules Kounde and goalkeeper Mike Maignan, who are poised to join Karim Benzema, Hugo Lloris, and Paul Pogba on the sidelines.
Denmark, meanwhile, will be desperate to bounce back after a 2-1 defeat away to Croatia, and they are in a battle to secure an automatic berth for the Nations League finals next summer.

France to exact revenge

Kylian Mbappe to produce two-goal salvo
Arguably one of the most lethal strikers in Europe, Mbappe has been in blistering form for club, and he is currently France’s top scorer in the Nations League, with two goals to his name.
Coming off the back of a defeat to Croatia, Denmark are likely to defend deep, and Mbappe could exploit any gaps when they open up.
