Fulham duo could return vs Ipswich Town

Fulham face a trip to Ipswich on Wednesday evening for a League Cup Round of 16 tie.

Marco Silva’s side have not had a great start to the 2023/24 Premier League campaign but they beat Norwich in the 3rd round of the League Cup after knocking out table-topping Tottenham in the 2nd round of the competition.

This, unsurprisingly, makes them favourites to beat Ipswich this week. Back Fulham to win at 23/20 with bet365.

Fulham injury news for Ipswich clash

Here is all the latest Fulham team news ahead of their League Cup meeting with Ipswich on Wednesday evening.

Adama Traore (thigh) and Kenny Tete (unspecified) are stepping up their recoveries and could make the squad on Wednesday, but neither Issa Diop (foot) nor Tosin Adarabioyo (groin) will feature.

Elsewhere, the Cottagers were forced to make do without Carlos Vinicius for their clash with Brighton at the weekend, although Marco Silva stressed that the former Tottenham man was not nursing anything serious, offering hope of a swift return for their game on Wednesday.

This is a big boost for Fulham as Vinicius is their joint-top goalscorer this campaign and can be backed at 11/5 to score anytime vs Ipswich with Betfair.
