It’s a huge Friday of action in Qatar as the first two World Cup quarter-finals occur, and both feature in our 15/1 Acca of the Day.
- Brazil to beat Croatia & both teams to score
- Netherlands to beat Argentina
- Alloa to beat Queen of the South
Brazil to beat Croatia & both teams to score
Brazil have been impressive so far in Qatar, and they should have the class to edge out Croatia in this quarter-final clash.
But goals at both ends look likely at the Education City Stadium - Brazil have hit seven goals in four games in Qatar and have only failed to score in one of their last 12 games, while Croatia have only failed to score in three of their 13 games in 2022.
Netherlands to beat Argentina
The Netherlands have a strong record against Argentina and look overpriced to seal a spot in the last four in Qatar and end Lionel Messi’s World Cup dream.
Louis van Gaal’s side are unbeaten in their last 19 games and can see off an Argentine side that’s over resilient on Messi and who are lucky to have reached this stage.
Alloa to beat Queen of the South
Alloa face Queen of the South in the Scottish Challenge Cup, and the hosts look excellent value to land the win here, having thrashed the Doonhammers 5-1 last month on league duty.
The Wasps have won five of their last six at home, while Queen of the South are winless on their previous three road trips, losing two.
