Sadio Mane to have his say
He may only be a few weeks into a thrilling new chapter of his career, but Mane has already made an impact. In the traditional curtain raiser last weekend – the German Super Cup – Mane was a handful against Leipzig as his side ran out 5-3 winners in a pulsating clash.
Mane netted with his first attempt on goal, and he had a further two strikes ruled out for offside. He is bound to get some fantastic service, especially from the likes of Thomas Muller, who is widely proclaimed the ‘Assist king’.
With two goals in his first two outings for Bayern, Mane will be looking to maintain his rich vein of form. He will no doubt have his say at some point against Frankfurt and he could well open his Bundesliga account. Bayern to produce late flurry
In their last meeting, Bayern huffed and puffed before they eventually broke the deadlock thanks to a late strike from Leroy Sane.
Nagelsmann’s men will have to display some patience as Frankfurt will look to create a wall to stifle the visitors, and break when the opportunity presents itself.
