Cheltenham Video - Zanza Looks a Cracking Each Way Bet in the Grand Annual Chase

Grand Annual Chase (4.15pm, Wednesday)

Ed has one of his strongest fancies of the week in Johnny Henderson Grand Annual Chase on Day 2 of the Cheltenham Festival.

His money will be on the Phillip Hobbs trained Zanza each way at 7/1 with Betfair* who are offering 6 paying places in this race. Richard Johnson takes the ride.

Ed said “This horse runs off a mark of 145 and I think that could really underestimate him here. He’s got his ground conditions today and comes here as a fresh horse which might be a good thing.”

He concluded “Clearly, coming to Cheltenham off the back of a fall isn’t ideal preparation but what it has done is protected his handicap mark.”
